INGREDIENTS AND TOOLS TO MAKE A MILKSHAKE WITHOUT ICE CREAM

TOOLS:
You need a high-speed blender
INGREDIENTS:
- Frozen bananas: You want to peel and slice a ripe banana before freezing it. I suggest freezing a bunch at one time so you always have them on hand for milkshakes, smoothies, or nice cream
- Ice cubes
- Monk fruit: I used monk fruit because I didn't want more added sugar than the syrup and cookies. You can use regular sugar though if you would prefer
- Chocolate syrup: Hershey's chocolate syrup is the only one I've ever used, but you could try making your own or using melted chocolate
- Non-dairy milk: I like to use coconut milk because it's thicker and creamier. You can use almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk in it's place though. If you're not dairy free, regular whole milk is a great option
- Oreos: Regular, double stuf, mini, or gluten free Oreos will all work in this recipe
HOW TO MAKE A CREAMY OREO MILKSHAKE WITHOUT ICE CREAM

FAQs
This recipe uses frozen bananas, ice, and cold milk to mimic the taste and texture of a milkshake without any ice cream.
I would suggest adding a few more frozen banana slices!
You could make this in a food processor as well, but because of the frozen fruit and ice, you really need a high-powered tool. There is no way to make this by hand.
Any non dairy milk will work as a dairy-free option, or you could use whole milk if you're not vegan or don't need to be dairy-free.
