It's made with sweet strawberries, fresh lime juice, and a lime soda to replace the rum and mimic the kick it brings. Besides being incredibly light and refreshing, I also used monk fruit to sweeten it so it's even low in sugar, meaning that it truly is the perfect summer mocktail.

- Ice: Any ice cubes will work
HOW TO MAKE A STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI MOCKTAIL
- To the base of a high speed blender add all your ingredients
- Blend on high until it reaches a slushy-like consistency, adding water if needed
- Pour into a cocktail glass, top with whipped cream, garnish with fresh strawberries and lime, and enjoy
