This strawberry daiquiri mocktail recipe is equal parts delicious and refreshing. It's a delicious summer mocktail that tastes like the classic daiquiri, but without any alcohol so everyone can enjoy it. It's easy, ready in 5 minutes, and makes the perfect drink for summer.

Quite possibly one of the best summer drinks, this delicious strawberry daiquiri mocktail recipe is SO delicious. With only 5 simple ingredients and less than 5 minutes to make, you won't even miss the alcohol in this easy drink.

This virgin strawberry daiquiri is the most refreshing drink, and the best part is anyone can enjoy it! It's made with sweet strawberries, fresh lime juice, and a lime soda to replace the rum and mimic the kick it brings. Besides being incredibly light and refreshing, I also used monk fruit to sweeten it so it's even low in sugar, meaning that it truly is the perfect summer mocktail.

WHAT ARE MOCKTAILS?

Mocktails are non-alcoholic drinks that are remakes of classic cocktails. The taste is very similar to a cocktail, but since there's no alcohol, it's suitable for kids, pregnant women, or anyone who doesn't want to drink.

INGREDIENTS FOR A VIRGIN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI RECIPE

  • Frozen strawberries: You want to use frozen because it gives it the best consistency
  • Monk fruit: Most recipes use a simple syrup, but I wanted to make it easy, so I just used monk fruit
  • Lime juice: You definitely want to use fresh lime juice because it has a much better flavor than bottled
  • Lemon lime soda: I actually used the lime prebiotic soda from Poppi to make this healthier!
  • Ice: Any ice cubes will work

HOW TO MAKE A STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI MOCKTAIL

  1. To the base of a high speed blender add all your ingredients
  2. Blend on high until it reaches a slushy-like consistency, adding water if needed
  3. Pour into a cocktail glass, top with whipped cream, garnish with fresh strawberries and lime, and enjoy

INGREDIENT SUBSTITUTIONS

Don't have all the ingredients listed? No worries! Here's a few great alternatives.

Frozen strawberries: Use fresh strawberries

Monk fruit: You can use regular sugar, 2-3 tablespoons of a simple syrup. or even maple syrup

Lime juice: Bottled also works, or you can use lemon juice

Lemon lime soda: Replace with tonic water, seltzer, or just use regular water and add an extra tablespoon of lime juice
