This epic Oreo milkshake without ice cream is the treat of the summer. Thick and creamy with that classic flavor profile we all know and love. You only need 6 ingredients and 5 minutes to whip up this delicious, dairy-free treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 large frozen banana (sliced and peeled)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1-2 tablespoons monk fruit- depending on your desired sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 2 Oreos
  • 1/2-1 cup coconut milk (amount will depend on your desired texture)

Instructions

  1. To a high-speed blender cup add frozen banana, ice cubes, monk fruit, chocolate syrup, Oreos, and coconut milk
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until you get a thick, cream texture. You may need to add more milk if it's too thick
  3. Pour your milkshake into a large, chilled glass, top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and enjoy

Notes

  • Slice and peel your banana before freezing
  • Use full-fat coconut milk. This higher the fat content, the creamier the milkshake
  • Only use a minimal amount of milk for a thicker milkshake or add more for a thinner one
  • If not dairy free, whole milk will give you the best results
  • Use melted chocolate in place of the chocolate syrup
  • Replace monk fruit with any sweetener of choice. Sugar, maple syrup, honey- all will work
  • Pour into a chilled glass
  • Enjoy immediately, this isn't a make ahead recipe
