EDIBLE BROWNIE BATTER INGREDIENTS

- Oat Flour: Oat flour doesn't need to be heat treated. I always use Bob's Red Mill Certified Gluten Free to ensure my recipes are gluten free.
- Cocoa Powder: Use unsweetened cocoa powder for the best flavor
- Sugars: I like using a combo of both brown sugar and white sugar, however you can use one or the other
- Chocolate Chips: I prefer to use semi-sweet chocolate to help balance the flavors. Check that yours are gluten free
- Butter: You can use regular butter or vegan butter.
- Milk: Any kind of milk will work, whole milk, almond, oat, or coconut. It's needed to help loosen up the ingredients and achieve that creamy, fudgy texture.
- Espresso Powder: Just a small amount is needed, but it makes all the difference in enhancing the rich chocolate flavor
