This Edible Brownie Batter is a rich, easy treat that can be made in just 10 minutes. With it's creamy texture, fudgy taste, and simple decadence it's the absolute BEST way to satisfy your chocolate cravings. I've made mine gluten free and included instructions for dairy free and vegan so everyone can enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons gluten free oat flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time. Once melted, set aside and prepare the other ingredients
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together the oat flour, brown sugar, sugar, cocoa powder, and espresso powder
  3. Pour the melted butter and milk into the dry ingredients and stir to combine
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Substitute the oat flour for almond flour
  • Oat flour does not need to be heat treated
  • Use a mixture of chocolate chips and chocolate chunks
  • Adjust the amount of milk depending on your desired texture
  • You can make this dairy free and vegan by substituting the butter and milk for vegan butter and non dairy milk. Be sure to also use your favorite vegan chocolate
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
  • Let come to room temperature before eating after refrigerating
