Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites are a delicious no-bake treat. You only need 4 main ingredients and 10 minutes to make them! They're great for after school snacks, birthday or football parties, or even just to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • About 30 mini pretzels
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate
  • Sea salt- for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. To a medium sized mixing bowl, add peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stirring well until it forms a thick paste
  2. Use your palms to roll the peanut butter mixture into 15, 3/4 inch balls
  3. Place one peanut butter ball on top of one pretzel and sandwich it with another pretzel on top. Repeat with the remaining peanut butter balls until they're all used up
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second intervals until it's smooth and silky
  5. Dip half of the peanut butter pretzel bite into the melted chocolate and place it onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate if desired, and repeat the dipping process with remaining pretzels
  6. Allow the chocolate to harden completely before enjoying

Notes

  • Wet your hands a little to prevent the peanut butter mixture from sticking to them when you're rolling
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up
  • You can chill the pretzel bites in the fridge for an hour before dipping or freeze them for 30 minutes if you're short on time
  • Add a little coconut oil to the chocolate to help if get smooth and silky
  • Make these nut free by subbing the peanut butter with sunflower seed butter
  • This recipe works with gluten free pretzels as well
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 10 days
