This Oat Milk Matcha Latte is amazing! With just 4 ingredients and ready in 5 minutes, you can have a healthy coffee shop quality drink right in your own home. It's quick, easy, and a great alternative to coffee!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup warm water (about 170 degrees F)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • *optional* Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and brown sugar, pour over the warm water and whisk until the matcha and sugar are dissolved

MAKE IT HOT:

  1. In a small saucepan heat your oat milk over medium heat, stirring frequently
  2. Once hot, turn off the heat and remove the saucepan from the stove
  3. Transfer your dissolved matcha mixture into a mug and pour over the hot oat milk
  4. Stir to combine and enjoy!

MAKE IT ICED:

  1. Pour your dissolved matcha mixture into a mug and top with as many ice cubes as you'd like
  2. Pour over cold oat milk, stir and enjoy!

 

Notes

  • Use quality matcha powder
  • A good brand of oat milk makes all the difference
  • Add more sweetener if you like a sweeter latte
  • Make sure the water isn't too hot when you dissolve the matcha
  • Blend your oat milk or use a milk frother for a super creamy latte
