Notes

Allergy Friendly Swaps:

  • Dairy Free: Substitute the Greek yogurt with a non-dairy alternative
  • Nut free: Instead of almond milk, use oat milk or cow's milk
  • Flaxseed allergy: Omit entirely or replace with chia or hemp seeds

Extra Tips:

  • Use frozen fruit: By using both frozen berries and bananas you'll blend up the thickest, creamiest smoothie
  • Freeze your own fruit: If your local grocery store has fruit on sale, buy it and freeze yourself to save money
  • Sweetener needed: You may want more or less sweetener depending on how tart the fruit is. You don't need it at all, I just like it sometimes
  • Fresh is best: Serve your Greek yogurt smoothie immediately for the best flavor
