How to make Easy Cucumber Salad






- Prepare your ingredients. Cut the cucumber very thinly and dice the tomatoes and onions.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Thinly sliced cucumber
- ¼ Cup Diced red onion
- ¼ Cup Diced tomato
- ¼ Cup White vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Monkfruit (or sugar)
- ½ Teaspoon Salt

Instructions
