Caramelized Air Fryer Bananas

These caramelized air fryer bananas are the BEST 5 minute treat! You only need 3 simple ingredients and a minute to prep before you can enjoy this quick and delicious treat. Enjoy as is, or  jazz them up- no matter what they're amazing!


  • 2 Medium Size Bananas
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon


  1. On a small cutting board, slice bananas into 1/4 inch thick rounds and place them in a single layer into your air fryer basket that's been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Next, in a small bowl, mix together coconut sugar and cinnamon. Use your fingers to sprinkle a little bit on the top of each banana slice
  3. Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees f and cook for 3-4 minutes until the tops are lightly golden brown
  4. Use a flat spatula or a fork to remove the banana slices and enjoy!


  • Don't cut bananas too thick, or cooking time will be longer
  • Use brown sugar in place of coconut sugar
  • Bananas should be ripe but not overripe
  • Don't overcook or the bananas will become mushy
  • Enjoy as is, or in one of the serving suggestions listed above
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for only 1 day
