  • 2 teaspoons strawberry jelly (or your favorite kind)

Instructions

  1. Preheat you air fryer to 350 degrees F while you prepare your baked oatmeal

  3. Blend on high until you have a smooth batter
  4. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a greased 8 ounce ramekin, add 1 heaping teaspoon of jelly on top, then cover with another 1/4 of the batter
  5. Repeat the previous step with your other ramekin, then place both of them into your preheated air fryer basket
  6. Cook at 350 degrees F for 15-17 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
  7. Use oven mitts to carefully pull both ramekins out of the air fryer basket and let them cool for 5-10 minutes

  • Add more maple syrup if you want yours to be sweeter
  • Grease your ramekin so there's no concern of the oats sticking
  • Cook until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before eating
  • Enjoy immediately for best results, these do not store well
