This easy air fryer corn kernels recipe will be your new favorite! Packed with flavor, ready in 10 minutes, and there's no need to turn the oven on. It's a delicious side dish that's great with tacos, enchiladas, or even as a salad topping.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/2 of a large jalapeno- finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons elote seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F
  2. To a large mixing bowl add your frozen corn kernels, avocado oil, finely diced onion, chopped jalapeno, and  elote seasoning
  3. Mix all ingredient together with a wooden spoon, then pour them into an 8 inch round cake pan
  4. Place the cake pan into your preheated air fryer basket, and cook at 380 F for 6-8 minutes, stirring halfway through
  5. Once cooked, carefully pull the pan out of the air fryer basket with an oven mitt
  6. Use a heat-safe plastic spoon to take the cooked corn out of the pan and place onto a platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime juice, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t defrost the corn, cooking time listed is for frozen corn
  • Finely dice the onion and jalapeno so they cook evenly
  • Replace the jalapeno with red bell pepper if you don’t like spice
  • DON’T touch your eyes after handling a jalapeno
  • Cooking time will vary depending on your air fryer brand
  • If you don’t have a cake pan, an oven safe glass Pyrex dish will also work
  • Season with salt to taste
