This easy, creamy dairy free buffalo chicken dip is the quickest, most delicious appetizer. If you can't tell between my buffalo chicken salad and buffalo chicken quesadilla, I love spicy foods- and if you do too, then this dairy free dip is right up your alley. It's a quick recipe, that's ready in under 30 minutes and all you need is 4 simple ingredients. Make this for your next party and watch as your guests devour it.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS EASY 30 MINUTE APPETIZER

  • This buffalo chicken dip is completely dairy free
  • You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken to save even more time
  • All you need is 4 ingredients
  • It's ready in 30 minutes
  • You can easily double or triple this dip to make a crowd pleasing amount
  • You can also make this a day or two in advance to save time on the day of your event

INGREDIENTS FOR DAIRY FREE BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

  • Cooked Chicken: You can use any kind of cooked chicken. I prefer chicken breast, but you can even use store-bought rotisserie chicken to save even more time.
  • Dairy Free Cream Cheese: My favorite to use is Violife, but any kind will work
  • Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • Coconut Yogurt: Make sure it's plain and not flavored. The coconut yogurt helps cut the heat from the hot sauce, so it's not TOO spicy

EXPERT TIPS

  • Read the entire recipe before beginning
  • You can use any kind of cooked chicken, but my favorite is chicken breast or store-bought rotisserie chicken when I'm short on time
  • Make sure your coconut yogurt is plain and not flavored
  • You can add salt and pepper as needed
  • Make the dip a day or two in advance, store it covered in the fridge, and bake it just before you're ready to serve to save time

FAQs

  1. Is buffalo sauce dairy free? There are certain brands of dairy free buffalo sauce, like Primal Kitchen, but this recipe uses Frank's Red Hot Sauce which is dairy free.
  2. How long can buffalo chicken dip stay in the fridge? It can stay in the fridge, not baked, for 2 days.
  3. How do I store buffalo chicken dip? You can keep is covered tightly with foil, in the fridge for up to a week.
  4. How do I reheat healthy buffalo chicken dip? I reheat mine by baking it at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. I recommend not placing foil on top or else the steam will cause it to be a little runny.
