This avocado lime ranch dressing is a homemade version of the Chick-fil A sauce. It's creamy, flavorful, and so great on salads, sandwiches, or even as a dip!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 Small Avocados (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Juice of 2 Limes (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Carefully cut your avocados in half, take out the pit and use a spoon to scoop out the inside
  2. Place all ingredients: cut avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, and ranch seasonings into a blender or food processor
  3. Blend on high, adding water as needed to get smooth and creamy. (I used about 3/4 cup) Taste and add salt if needed.
  4. Use immediately or store in a mason jar in the fridge until you need it

Notes

  • Make sure you use ripe avocadoas
  • Use plain Greek yogurt, regular yogurt is too thin
  • Both homemade ranch mix as well as store-bought will work
  • You can use lemon juice in place of the lime
  • Only add as much water as needed, you want it thick and creamy but pourable
  • Store leftovers in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
