  • Italian sausage: For this air fryer recipe, make sure you buy Italian sausage links. You can use either sweet or hot sausage depending on your preference
  • Water: This helps prevent the grease from smoking in the air fryer. It also works for air frying bacon

How To Cook Italian Sausage In The Air Fryer

1. Pour 1 tablespoon of water into the bottom of your air fryer basket, then lay Italian sausage links in the basket leaving space between them

2. Return the basket to your air fryer and cook at 380 degrees F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through

REHEATING: To reheat, let the sausages come to room temperature then air fry at 330F for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through.
