White Chocolate Pretzels are an easy, affordable, 3 ingredient recipe. They're the perfect combination of sweet and salty and take less than 1 hour to make. These are a fun no-bake treat that's great for the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mini pretzels (pretzel sticks also work)
  • 6 ounces white chocolate
  • Sprinkles (for decorating)

Instructions

  1. Break white chocolate into small pieces and place into a double boiler
  2. Turn the heat to low and gently stir the white chocolate pieces until smooth and melted
  3. Once they're all melted, dip the pretzels in and let the excess chocolate drip off
  4. Place dipped and coated pretzels onto parchment paper and immediately add sprinkles
  5. Allow the white chocolate to harden completely, then enjoy!

Notes

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler for best results
  • Add a little bit of coconut oil to thin out the white chocolate, if needed
  • Use your fingers if you're dipping half of the pretzel or a fork if you want the whole thing covered
  • Let excess chocolate drip off into the bowl before laying the pretzels down on parchment
  • Add sprinkles immediately after dipping so the chocolate isn't too hard
  • Let the chocolate cool completely at room temperature before enjoying
  • Don't store leftovers in the fridge because they will go stale faster
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
