Use a vegetable peeler to skin the carrots, then cut them into ยผ inch matchsticks and place into a large bowl
To the bowl, add the avocado oil, chili lime seasoning, and salt. Toss to evenly coat.
Place carrots into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, pull the basket out and shake, then air fry for another 8-10 minutes until crispy
