Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 5 Tablespoons Sugar Free Powdered Sweetener
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Place your large mixing bowl and mixer beaters into the freezer for 10-15 minutes before you start
  2. After the equipment has been chilled, pour one cup of cold heavy cream into the chilled bowl and begin to beat with an electric mixer. Start on low speed so the cream doesn't splash, but quickly work your way up to medium speed
  3. When your cream reaches soft peaks, turn the mixer off and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and sugar free powdered sugarΒ
  4. Turn the mixer to medium/ high speed and beat the cream until you have stiff peaks
  5. Serve immediately over your favorite dessert and enjoy

Notes

  • Keep everything COLD!
  • Freeze your mixing bowl and whisk attachment / beaters for 10-15 minutes beforehand
  • Store the cream in the fridge until you're ready to use
  • Whip until soft peaks, then add the rest of the ingredients for the smoothest texture
  • Adjust the level of sweetness to your taste
  • Use your favorite sugar free sweetener
  • Don't use regular monk fruit or stevia that is processed like regular sugar, you want POWDERED sweetener
  • Use immediately, or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days
