Don't knock it till you try it, this strawberry hot chocolate is out of this world delicious. It's a healthy hot chocolate, made with almond milk, fresh strawberries, cocoa, and monk fruit. These 4 ingredients come together to make a rich, creamy, sugar-free drink, everyone is sure to enjoy.
I use Dutch processed cocoa powder to make this healthy hot chocolate extra decadent, along with fresh, ripe strawberries- because nothing beats the real thing. Since I also used almond milk and monk fruit, this strawberry hot chocolate is Paleo, Vegan, and refined sugar free- so pair it with a healthy banana muffin and enjoy a delicious snack!
WHAT YOU NEED FOR STRAWBERRY HOT CHOCOLATE

- Almond milk: I use Simply Almond unsweetened vanilla, but you can use any non-dairy milk
- Strawberries: We use fresh strawberries in this easy drink because nothing beats real flavor
- Dutch processed cocoa powder: The Dutch processed cocoa makes the hot chocolate dark, rich, and creamy. However, regular cocoa powder is just as good
- Monk fruit: The monk fruit makes this healthy hot cocoa refined sugar free, but if you don't have monk fruit you can substitute it with coconut sugar or regular sugar if you're not concerned about it being refined sugar free.

FAQs
I recommend Simply Almond, unsweetened vanilla. It has simple ingredients and is very creamy.
Straining is an extra step, but it removes the strawberry seeds. If you're not concerned about seeds then don't strain it.
I like to store the extra in a Mason jar in the fridge. It lasts for 4-5 days.
