Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 Scoop Protein powder
  • 1 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. To the base of a high speed blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, protein powder, and almond milk
  2. Put the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add in more almond milk as needed, but don't add too much if you don't want the smoothie to be too liquidy
  3. Once your perfect texture, pour into 2 glasses, top with extra mango chunks, granola, and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you only have fresh fruit, thicken the smoothie with a frozen banana or cauliflower rice. Regular ice won't make it thick and creamy
  • You could substitute the almond milk with orange juice for even more tropical flavor
  • Any non-dairy milk will work- oat milk, light coconut milk, or soy milk for more protein
  • If you can't find frozen pineapple and frozen mango at the store, a frozen tropical fruit blend will work
  • Use frozen fruit for the creamiest smoothie
  • This is best enjoyed fresh, but will last 2-3 days stored in a mason jar in the fridge
