Healthy Vegan Buffalo Sauce
This creamy vegan buffalo sauce is quick, healthy, and so delicious. Add it to your favorite recipe for a spicy boost of flavor!

- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup runny cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons of water (if needed)
- In a small bowl, combine hot sauce, cashew butter, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. (also add garlic powder and cayenne pepper if using)
- Use a spoon to stir everything together, adding water if needed to thin slightly
- Pour the vegan buffalo sauce into a glass jar and store in the fridge until needed
Notes
- Do not substitute the cashew butter
- Tame the spicy kick with a little bit of maple syrup or honey
- Store in the fridge for 7-10 days
- Let come to room temperature before using again
