This Whole30 Buffalo Chicken Salad is delicious! It's quick, easy, and great for meal prep. You can turn it into lettuce wraps, serve over greens, or enjoy as is- either way this healthy buffalo chicken salad is delish!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked, chopped chicken breast ((about 1 pound raw chicken))
  • 1/4 cup Chopped apple
  • 1/4 cup Finely Diced onion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Celery seed
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce

Instructions

  1. On a large cutting board, with a sharp knife, chop your cooked chicken breast and add it into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Use the same knife to chop the apple and finely dice the onion. Add them to the bowl of chicken along with celery seed and salt and mix well
  3. Next, pour in the Primal Kitchen Buffalo sauce, and gently toss to combine everything
  4. Place the Whole30 buffalo chicken salad into the fridge until you're ready to enjoy
