These air fryer potato skins are the easiest appetizer you can make! All you need is 3 ingredients and some patience in order to make this amazing, family favorite, recipe. Serve these at your next party or event and watch your guests devour them.

Units Scale
  1. 4 Russet Potatoes (or white potatoes)
  2. 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 2 Pieces Chopped, Cooked Bacon

  1. Begin by wrapping clean potatoes in aluminum foil
  2. Place the wrapped potatoes into the air fryer, and air fry at 390 degrees F for 45 minutes
  3. Once the potatoes are cooked through, unwrap them from the foil and *carefully* slice them in half The potatoes will be hot!! So be careful as you scoop out the centers. If you want to let them cool for 10-15 minutes you're more than welcome to.
  4. When scooping out the centers, you want to leave a 1/4 inch barrier between the skin and the part you're taking out
  5. Fill the scooped out center with shredded cheese and chopped bacon
  6. Place the now loaded potato skins back into the air fryer and cook at 380 degrees F for 5-6 minutes
  7. Use tongs to carefully remove the hot potatoes from the air fryer and serve them as is, or with sour cream and chopped green onions
