AIR FRYER MAHI MAHI
If I could only eat one type of protein, I would pick fish. I. Love. Fish. I especially love mahi mahi, it's not a super fishy tasting fish, but it has a sweet, mild flavor that I just find so yummy. I got it out to eat one time, and they served it grilled with a side of fresh mango salsa, and I KNEW I had to recreate it at home. Which is why I'm so happy to share my air fryer version with you! It's super easy, takes only 10 minutes to cook, and only needs 2 ingredients. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes, you can! I haven't tested it, so I can't be 100% sure on the cooking time, but try cooking it for 7 minutes a side at 400 f and then check the temperature.
Whenever I eat fish, I like to keep the sides not super heavy. You could serve roasted carrots, cucumber salad, pasta salad, a garden salad, sweet potato fries- these are all great side options!
Yes, it's very possible to over cook mahi mahi.
Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
The best way is to wrap it in aluminum foil and heat it low and slow in the oven. I'm talking like 275 degrees f for 15-20 minutes, that way you reduce the risk of really overcooking it.
