EXPERT TIPS

- Cooking time may vary slightly between air fryer brands. I suggest making 1 first so you get the right consistency, then making the rest
- Do not skip the ice bath! This stops the cooking process and keeps the yolks jammy
- When peeling, crack on the "fat" end first, it makes removing the shell easier
- Air fryer soft boiled eggs will last 2 days in the fridge
STORING AND REHEATING
You can keep air fryer soft boiled eggs in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Peel, but do not slice them.
To reheat, air fry at 270 F for 1-2 minutes. The yolk will harden some, but still be jammy.

I can't wait to try this easier method to make my ramen eggs! I do have one suggestion for reheating soft boiled eggs, and that is to put them in a ziplock type bag and submerge the bag in warm water for a while. It will gently warm the egg without cooking it further.
