  • Large bowl

  • Eggs: Eggs are a great source of protein, vitamins, and healthy fats. They're also inexpensive and versatile. You can use them for these air fryer eggs, or try an egg in a hole or scrambled eggs!
  • Ice water: This is an essential because the eggs are plunged into it once the timer is up to stop the cooking process and keep the yolks runny, not hard

HOW TO MAKE SOFT BOILED EGGS IN THE AIR FRYER

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 280 degrees F
  2. Once hot, carefully place the eggs into your air fryer basket being sure to leave a little space between them
  3. Cook at 280 F for 9-10 minutes
  4. When the time is up, use tongs to immediately plunge the eggs into ice water for 2-3 minutes to stop the cooking process
  5. Carefully peel the eggs and enjoy!

STORING AND REHEATING
