Frequently Asked Questions
The best way to store leftover brussel sprouts is in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay good for up to 4 days, and you can reheat them in the air fryer at 350F for 4-5 minutes.
My air fryer can cook frozen brussel sprouts in about 15-17 minutes, but the time will vary based on air fryer brand.
Sure! You can double it, just try not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. If it seems like too many are in there, do two separate batches.
This recipe is a great healthy side dish to so many of your favorite meals. It pairs well with meatballs, air fryer chicken thighs, a pork roast, or even enjoy them with ranch dip as a healthy snack.
Yes, frozen vegetables are just as healthy as fresh. Most times frozen veggies are less expensive and taste better because they're usually picked at optimal ripeness and then immediately frozen to preserve their taste.
There's 2 reasons brussel sprouts don't get crispy and they are:
1. The heat wasn't high enough. Brussel sprouts need a high het in order to brown, that's why I air fry mine at 400 degrees
2. They're overcooked. If brussel sprouts are overcooked they tend to turn mushy. Watch the cook time, and take your air fryer frozen brussel sprouts out when they're evenly browned
