- Air fryer
- Large mixing bowl
- Tongs
- Small saucepan
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken drumsticks: These are a delicious and inexpensive cut of chicken that are hard to overcook
- Baking powder: This helps to achieve that crispy skin
- Spices: I just used garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to give a little extra flavor
- Buffalo sauce: You can use homemade, or store bought- I like Primal Kitchen
HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO DRUMSTICKS IN THE AIR FRYER
- Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F
- Lay your chicken drumsticks out on a piece of parchment paper and pat them dry with a paper towel
- Add the dried chicken legs to a large mixing bowl and season with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
- Use tongs to place the seasoned chicken legs in a single layer into your preheated air fryer basket and cook for 22-24 minutes, flipping halfway through
- While the drumsticks are cooking, heat up your buffalo sauce in a small saucepan on the stove over medium low heat
- Once the chicken legs are done cooking, use tongs to transfer them to a clean mixing bowl and toss with the warm buffalo sauce
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
To use leftovers, you can eat them cold, pick the chicken off and use in a salad, reheat in the air fryer at 350 F for 3-4 minutes or in the microwave, covered, for 1-2 minutes.
