Air fryer broccoli and cauliflower is one of the easiest, healthiest sides you can cook in just 10 minutes. These quick and easy air fryer roasted veggies make the best weeknight side dish that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Fresh, Chopped Broccoli
  2. 2 cups Fresh, Chopped Cauliflower
  3. 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  4. 1 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, chopped cauliflower, avocado oil, and ranch seasoning
  2. Once the veggies are well seasoned, add them to the basket of the air fryer
  3. Cook at 380 Degrees F for 5 minutes, take the basket out, shake the veggies, return the basket and cook for another 5 minutes
  4. Once the broccoli and cauliflower are cooked and slightly charred, serve and enjoy!
