Air Fryer Broccoli and Cauliflower: Easy & Healthy

Air fryer broccoli and cauliflower is one of the easiest, healthiest sides you can cook in just 10 minutes. These quick and easy air fryer roasted veggies make the best weeknight side dish that the whole family will love.

I LOVE making this air fryer broccoli and cauliflower, it's quick, easy, and healthy. This easy recipe requires just 4 ingredients, not even 5 minutes of prep, and the veggies cook in 10. You can easily make this for a healthy side to go with orange chicken, or even as a yummy dish alongside a pork roast for an easy Sunday dinner.

Both the broccoli and cauliflower are seasoned with ranch seasoning and roasted till crispy. Between the amazing crispiness and delicious seasoning, this is sure to be a family favorite. Both kids and adults will like it, and you'll feel like a hero knowing you got your kids to eat their veggies!

WHAT YOU NEED FOR AIR FRYER BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER

  • Broccoli: I use fresh, not frozen
  • Cauliflower: Again, fresh not frozen is what this recipe is designed for
  • Avocado Oil: You can also use olive oil
  • Ranch Seasoning: I use Hidden Valley seasoning mix

HOW TO MAKE BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER IN THE AIR FRYER

Prepare your ingredients

Season the veggies
broccoli and cauliflower in the basket of an air fryer
Add to the basket of your air fryer
broccoli and cauliflower cooked in the basket of an air fryer
Cook at 380 F for 10 minutes, shaking half-way through
  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, chopped cauliflower, avocado oil, and ranch seasoning
  2. When the veggies are well seasoned, add them to the basket of the air fryer
  3. Cook at 380 Degrees F for 5 minutes, take the basket out, shake the veggies, return the basket and cook for another 5 minutes
  4. As soon as the broccoli and cauliflower are cooked and slightly charred, serve and enjoy!
