I LOVE making this air fryer broccoli and cauliflower, it's quick, easy, and healthy. This easy recipe requires just 4 ingredients, not even 5 minutes of prep, and the veggies cook in 10. WHAT YOU NEED FOR AIR FRYER BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER

- Broccoli: I use fresh, not frozen
- Cauliflower: Again, fresh not frozen is what this recipe is designed for
- Avocado Oil: You can also use olive oil
- Ranch Seasoning: I use Hidden Valley seasoning mix
HOW TO MAKE BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER IN THE AIR FRYER




- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, chopped cauliflower, avocado oil, and ranch seasoning
- When the veggies are well seasoned, add them to the basket of the air fryer
- Cook at 380 Degrees F for 5 minutes, take the basket out, shake the veggies, return the basket and cook for another 5 minutes
- As soon as the broccoli and cauliflower are cooked and slightly charred, serve and enjoy!
