These air fryer boneless thighs make the best 15 minute meal. They're so juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy so you can have a healthy dinner in no time!
Begin by patting the boneless thighs dry with paper towels, then place the raw chicken into a large bowl
In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
Then, to the large bowl of chicken, add olive oil and spices. Use your hands make sure all the chicken gets evenly coated with the seasoning
Once seasoned, place chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Set the temperature of the air fryer to 380 degrees f and cook for 6 minutes
After those 6 minutes are up, use tongs to carefully flip the thighs over and cook for another 6-7 minutes at 380 f (you want the internal temperature to read 165 degrees f)
Once cooked, use tongs to carefully remove them from the basket and allow to rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
