Easy Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs

These air fryer boneless thighs make the best 15 minute meal. They're so juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy so you can have a healthy dinner in no time!

  • 5-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3/4-1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Begin by patting the boneless thighs dry with paper towels, then place the raw chicken into a large bowl
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Then, to the large bowl of chicken, add olive oil and spices. Use your hands make sure all the chicken gets evenly coated with the seasoning
  4. Once seasoned, place chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  5. Set the temperature of the air fryer to 380 degrees f and cook for 6 minutes
  6. After those 6 minutes are up, use tongs to carefully flip the thighs over and cook for another 6-7 minutes at 380 f (you want the internal temperature to read 165 degrees f)
  7. Once cooked, use tongs to carefully remove them from the basket and allow to rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Read the entire recipe before cooking
  • Be sure the entire chicken thigh is coated in seasoning
  • Flip halfway through to ensure even cooking
  • Use a meat thermometer to make sure chicken is reading 165 degrees f
  • Cook time will vary based on size of chicken and type of air fryer
  • Let the thighs rest so the juices will reabsorb into the meat
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
