5 INGREDIENTS FOR BANANA BREAD MUFFINS

- Bananas: Be sure your bananas are ripe and spotty. Under ripe bananas don't cut it in this recipe
- Coconut Sugar: You can use regular sugar or brown sugar if you don't have coconut sugar
- Oat Flour: Oat flour is naturally gluten free, and adds a warm, nutty note to this healthy, vegan banana bread (or this DELICIOUS lemon blackberry cake)
- Baking Soda: Baking soda is necessary for rising the banana bread muffins so they're not too dense, and also browns the outside so they have a nice color
- Avocado Oil: You need fat to create a soft, fluffy texture in the muffins. You can use melted coconut oil in place of avocado oil if you don't have any
