These easy 3 ingredient peanut butter oatmeal balls make the BEST snack. In just 5 minutes you can make the most delicious, healthy, vegan snack from just 3 simple pantry ingredients.


Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter- I recommend all natural
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats- gluten free if needed
  • 2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup (see note)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the creamy peanut butter, oats, and maple syrup
  2. Use a spoon to mix everything together until well combined
  3. With a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, portion out the dough and use your hands to roll into balls
  4. Enjoy immediately or place into an airtight container until you're ready


  • Use 3 tablespoons of maple syrup if using all natural peanut butter without added sugar
  • Do not use steel cut oats
  • Make sure your oats are certified gluten free
  • Scoop dough with a cookie scoop to ensure they're all the same size
  • Chill the dough for 10-15 minutes to make it easier to roll into balls
  • Wet your hands slightly if the dough is sticking to them
  • Store leftover in an airtight container for up to 1 week
